Edon Jakupi

I worked with Edon for years across multiple companies and projects, and he's easily one of the best project managers I've had the chance to collaborate with. We first started working together at apper, where Edon managed a large-scale CRM project for a major Swiss health insurance broker. I handled the design side, and Edon kept the whole thing running smoothly. He had a clear vision of what the client needed, communicated it well, and made sure the team stayed aligned throughout. That project was complex, but working under Edon's lead made it feel structured and manageable. Later at REFIVE, we worked on many more projects together, from smaller website builds to larger ones like hodlr., which we built from zero. Edon was always the one holding the threads together, whether as Project Manager or Product Owner. He knows how to bridge the gap between design, development, and business goals, and he does it in a way that makes the whole team feel like they're pulling in the same direction. What I appreciate most about Edon is that he actually understands the design process. He gives designers the space to do their best work while keeping everything on track and on scope. That balance is rare, and it made every project we worked on together better because of it. I'd happily work with him again anytime.
